Terms and Conditions
OUR WARRANTY: All items are described briefly due to the constraints of size and space. If you wish a more full and detailed description, please do not hesitate to call. All items have been described to the best of our ability. We maintain a very low rate of return, and are proud of our ability to describe an item accurately.
CONDITIONS OF SALE: We do not ship on approval. All weapons are sold as collectors items, and are not intended for actual use. Purchasers will assume all liability contingent with the use of the weapons. All guns are sold in "as is" condition, and nothing else is expressed or implied. We offer a 5 day inspection and return. Refund is guranteed if we are notified of the pending return, and the merchandise is received within that time period. There will be no returns on overseas orders. All credit card transaction fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the credit amount due to returns.
TERMS: We will accept Visa, Mastercard, approved checks and money orders. Please use order blank as shown or call the listed phone number.
We are also available by Fax and E-mail. Please also include your billing address and phone number. All firearms are shipped UPS insured. We charge $15.00 per handgun and $25.00 per longarm. Orders are shipped immediately in the order in which they are received . A short delay may occasionally arise when we are out of town attending Gun Shows. UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are also available.
SECOND CHOICE: On all orders you should list your second choice, in the event the item you desire has already been sold. If you elect not to make a second choice, your money will be promptly refunded or credit issued.
LAY-A-WAY: We offer a very simple lay-a-way plan. On items under $2000.00 we will allow 30 days: 1/2 down and balance at the end of 30 days. For items over $2000.00 we will allow 60 days: 1/3 to accompany the order, 1/3 in 30 days and the balance at the end of 60 days. Lay-a-ways that are cancelled or not completed in time, an amount equal to 20% of the purchase price will be deducted from any CREDIT due. NO refunds on lay-a-ways, and credit card payments WILL NOT be accepted for lay-a-ways.
MEMBER: Collectors Arms Dealers Association, Texas Gun Collectors, Palm Beach Gun Collectors, Antique Arms Society of the Palm Beaches, Colt Collectors Association, Winchester Collectors Association, Sharps Collectors Association, National Rifle Association (Life) and other gun collector groups.
PURCHASES: We are always actively looking for new merchandise similar to items listed in this catalog. We are serious buyers of fine antique weapons and accoutrements. Please contact us, and give us the opportunity to purchase your single item or your entire collection. All transactions are kept strictly confidential.
CONSIGNMENTS: We will also gladly accept consignments at a modest commission rate, determined by the size of the consignment. Items sent to us, UPS preferred, should be sent properly packed and insured. Upon receipt the items will be appraised at no charge. Trades against purchases from this catalog will also be considered.
